A Little Snack after Guitar Practice?

Yesterday while waiting for my son’s guitar lesson, we browsed the music store and came across a new product – guitar picks made from wheat! Who knew?! They’re made in Nebraska by a company called Wheatware. And no, unfortunately for you hungry musicians out there, you can NOT eat them although they will biodegrade in the garden within three months!
My son, of course, bought one to use during his lesson… liked the way the raised logo made it easy to hold.
Wheatware’s primary focus is in replacing wooden products to save the destruction of over 30 million forest trees per year. Check out what other items they’re making from wheat: golf tees, hangers, bowls & plates, and lots more.
Accolades all around for Wheatware!
